Noemi Reiner Psychotherapy

Hello and welcome to my website.
You might be experiencing a crisis or struggling with anxiety, low mood or relationship difficulties. You don't have to face this alone. I offer a warm and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported and understood, and find your own way forward.
My approach
I approach therapy as a dialogue focused on the issues that matter to you, at your own pace. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will give you my full attention and presence, invite you to reflect and offer another perspective with curiosity and empathy. Together, we will work to understand how you got to where you are and find more satisfying ways to navigate your difficulties.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. We may explore links between your childhood experiences and how you feel about yourself and others in the present. Reflecting on these patterns in a safe and trusting therapeutic space will help you understand yourself better and make choices with more freedom and clarity.
Above all, psychotherapy is a unique relationship centred on your needs and experiences, where all aspects of yourself are seen and valued, helping you feel more comfortable in who you are while opening up new perspectives and possibilities.
About me
I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, and have helped clients manage various issues, such as anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief. My background includes working in a specialist bereavement service and supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse, providing both short-term and long-term trauma-informed therapy.
Orginally from Belgium, I have lived in the UK for 20 years. Prior to my training, I volunteered as a befriender for people feeling suicidal and worked in NHS mental health services and clinical research. Witnessing how powerful it can be to speak openly and be genuinely heard sparked my interest in becoming a psychotherapist. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and abide by both organisations’ codes of ethics.
I offer clients the option to have therapy in French if they wish. As a native French speaker, I understand it can be easier to express your emotions in your mother tongue. Having done my psychotherapy training in English, I may not always have the words to respond in French, but I will be able to understand anything you share with me.
