Noemi Reiner Psychotherapy

About me
I'm a qualified UKCP-accredited integrative psychotherapist, and have trained at the Metanoia Institute. Originally from Belgium, I have lived in the UK for 20 years. I’m sensitive to the unique challenges of navigating different cultures, identities and languages. Although I mostly work in English, I welcome French-speaking clients who would like to express themselves in their native language.

Experience
I have supported clients presenting with a range of emotional issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and grief, among others. My background includes working in a specialist bereavement service and supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse, providing both short-term and long-term trauma-informed therapy.
In my previous career, I worked in the charity sector, and in NHS mental health services. I also volunteered as a befriender for people feeling suicidal. Alongside my own therapy, these experiences have taught me the power of speaking freely and being genuinely heard. I bring this into my practice through curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to collaboration and learning from my clients.
